Renovated in 2017, this exceptional villa nestled along the coastline of the prestigious Cap d’Ail is composed of listed buildings in Belle Époque style. Its facades adorned with finely sculpted ornaments, marble columns, and bas-relief sculpture are details that confer a certain majesty to this place.
The interior decoration is chic and refined, with every detail accounted for: Italian marble ‘Carrara marble’, furniture upholstered in silk velvet, marquetry, wood paneling, and monochrome painting artwork by Lucio Fontana. During this renovation, certain noble and luxurious spaces were created, such as a cinema and a spa, not to mention the car elevator for direct access to the underground garage.
